These Affiliate Program Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into by and between PLZKEEPCUMING.COM a subsidiary of SUPERSALESECOM LLC, a company registered under the laws of Delaware, and the individual or entity participating in our affiliate program (“Affiliate”). By enrolling in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Affiliate Relationship
1.1. Affiliate agrees to promote and advertise PLZKEEPCUMING.COM products and services according to the guidelines and materials provided by us.
1.2. Affiliate shall earn a commission of 10% on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links.
2. Commissions
2.1. Commissions are calculated on the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns.
2.2. Commissions are payable on a monthly basis, with a payout schedule of net 30, meaning Affiliate will receive payments for the previous month’s earnings within 30 days after the end of each month.
2.3. Commissions are paid via payment method on file.
3. Restrictions
3.1. Affiliate may not engage in any deceptive or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to spamming, false advertising, or any activity that could harm PLZKEEPCUMING.COM’s reputation.
3.2. Affiliate shall not use any trademarked or copyrighted materials without explicit written permission from PLZKEEPCUMING.COM.
4. Termination
4.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice.
4.2. Upon termination, Affiliate will be entitled to receive unpaid commissions earned prior to the effective termination date.
5. Modifications
5.1. PLZKEEPCUMING.COM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliate will be notified of such changes, and their continued participation in the program following notification will constitute their acceptance of the modified Terms.
6. Independent Contractor
6.1. The relationship between PLZKEEPCUMING.COM and Affiliate is that of independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. These Terms represent the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
7.2. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or as otherwise mutually agreed upon.
By enrolling in our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the program.
